Byrd is the type of place your dad would want you to go to. They offer incredible service and really put me at ease during a stressful time with my car needing repairs. Tim, the owner was fabulous and even answered my call after hours when my car broke down and I needed a place to tow it to. He walked me through the process and successfully fixed my car and got me on the road again! I also spoke with John who was fantastic as well-exceptional customer service that is genuine is obviously ingrained in the culture here! They also washed my car and shined up my tires (I’ve never seen them so shiny!!) before I arrived to pick up it what was a nice surprise! I highly highly highly recommend them!!!!

I was visiting family from out of town and my car had a major oil leak the morning of New Year’s Eve. I was certain I’d be without my car for at least a few days because of the holiday but they were able to diagnose the issue and hustled to get my car back to me the same day! They also had the best customer service I’ve experienced with automotive services. They were direct, took the time to educate me on the issue, and did everything they could to ensure I would not be inconvenienced including complimentary rides to/from the shop. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the area.
